£12,000 - £15,000pa Basic dependent upon experience. OTE £24,000 - £30,000pa

Job Description

The successful candidate(s) will have a proven track record of working in business to business telesales and be able to demonstrate new business telesales ability. Office based, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads to pass onto our field based sales team, using in-house databases and your own initiative to source and identify relevant targets. You will be committed to the company vision and growth, and in return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and the opportunity to build a successful career with a progressive & vibrant company.

The successful candidate(s) will be required to:

·         Have previous experience of outbound B2B solution sales with a natural ability for qualified lead generation within targeted environments.

 

·         Be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of voice and data networks and application enhancement.

 

·         Be a quick thinker, and be able to handle and work around objections.

 

·         Have excellent communication skills at decision maker level in a solution (not product) environment

 

·         Be accustomed to working to sales targets and KPIs based on for example; outbound call volumes, number of leads generated and talk time.

 

·          Be a self starter and highly motivated.
