Q. What is Inspector 7?

A. Inspector 7 inspect the packets in a traffic flows. It inspects the payload to deduce if it is similar to a packet that would be sent by an application such as a web browser or soft phone. It is possible to look at the byte and packet counts for each application type.

Inspector 7 can be used to aggregate file type, application protocols, P2P applications and viruses.
