A. Yes, DBAM Systems offers advance replacement, with next business day delivery, internationally*. Contact your local DBAM customer support centre.
Diagnosis of hardware failure will be made by the DBAM Technical Support Analysts. A diagnosis of hardware failure will only be made after other solutions have been investigated.
* Next business day delivery subject to certain limitations and not available in all countries. Please refer to the appropriate maintenance support program agreement for complete terms and limitations. Next business day advance replacment is available only with units covered by DCSP and DPSP contracts. Next business day advance replacement is dependent upon hardware failures being reported and confirmed by DBAM or its authorised service provider by 15:00 GMT.
