Training is either available directly or through its growing Distributor base of Accredited Training Centres (ATCs), whose Accredited Trainers have undergone the complete DBAM Accreditation Program as well as Train-The-Trainer instruction.

Partner Accreditation

DBAM and our Distributors offer a variety of sales and technical training options to ensure the best support to Accredited Partners. This training is designed to give Reseller Partner’s sales representatives and systems engineers the real-world information needed to successfully sell and deliver DBAM solutions. A pre-requisite of the DBAM Certified Technical Professional (DCTP) Training Course is that prospective delegates have to complete the DBAM Technical Baseline (DTB) Training Course OR have technical deployment and commercial experience of alternative WAN Optimisation/Acceleration devices AND have minimum of CCNA (CCNP recommended) OR equivalent. In ALL cases it is recommended to attend a DTB course prior to the DCTP course.

For the Reseller Partner, the Distributor and DBAM will provide initial product Pre-sales support. This support includes sales and engineer training. The Distributor and/or DBAM will deliver the DCSP training; the DTB course, and the DCTP course to Resellers who request and qualify for, them.

Scheduled course dates are shown on the DBAM and Distributor’s website.

DCSP courses provide all the information a Sales or Technical professional needs to understand the DBAM products range and offering, alongside the key features and pricing model. The DTB course provides all the introductory tools necessary for a technical engineer to be able to understand the EP range of products and understand how Intelligent Network Traffic Management devices change the way you manage your network. It also gives a comprehensive run through of the modules and capabilities of the DBAM EP Devices. Further to this, the DCTP course then guides technical engineers through the complete range of DBAM products, looking at more advanced features and allowing a more hands-on session with the products.

To attain and retain partner status, attendance at DBAM Training sessions is essential to ensure to maintain the necessary number of DBAM Certified members of staff.
